Our web site utilises ‘cookies’ and Web server logs to collect information about how the site is used. Cookies allow Web servers to recognise the computer used to access a web site. Access to your personal information
As a coaching and mentoring company iMatter will hold personal data in the form of notes taken while we actively engage with you or your family, each individual client has the right to request a copy of this personal information and have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. Please address requests in writing to info@i-Matter.co.uk.

Standard emails that you send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information to us through an unsecured email. Please use the appropriate forms and interfaces provided for such circumstances.
Protection of minors
iMatter is a coaching and mentoring service primarily targeting children and young adults. For that reason, we do not collect or maintain information on our web site from those we actually know are aged 16 and under. We request that all visitors to our web site aged 16 and under do not disclose or provide any personally identifiable information. If we discover that an individual aged 16 or under has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our records.
Engagement for children under the age of 16 is made via a parent or guardian and face to face meetings agreed with the adult; however, anything discussed with the minor will be deem confidential to the minor will not be disclosed to the adult unless express consent is given by the minor. Any information that is considered to suggest the child may be at risk of any sort, will be discussed with the relevant authorities for advice and further action.
We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, and to operate our systems properly when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights or those of our users.
